Road bikes - Cycling Fitness myths

According to an article in Bike Radar, there are many myths that are for racing bikes and concerns with the improvement of the condition. These myths have been made by scientists and by tests in question.

These myths are often things that we all know or have heard at least once before. For example, it is often said that drivers of road bike should shave your legs to go faster - and many do. However, there are studies that show thatthat works - although the lack of hair can increase muscle definition, or easier to clean the legs. Cycling is different, but swim to the point where the reduction of friction with the water more dense non-significant benefits for athletes to wear in terms of speed over distance.

Another myth says that the driver of the road for bikes, which are faster and stronger than those who do not sweat less in shape. This is obviously untrue, said Dr. Nick Gant ofLoughborough University. He said that "after repeated training the body more efficient cooling, so first you sweat and produce a larger amount is made up of sweat." If this could be the case, then Sweaters driving motorcycle racing to be the best - though not so natural!

Bike ride can be a lot of athletes, including water, causing dehydration. But the myth that cycling does not eat for your body to carry out the unwanted fat thatcan be found, and thus reducing the size, it is also manifestly ill around the pot-belly. This is very easy to understand. If bikes are used for the exercise before breakfast, the bikers road sometime during the day equivalent caloric intake, which are lost when the exercise without food.

Another myth that can be very difficult when driving a motorcycle tire inflation is the bike will be faster (presumably by reducing the friction between road and tires). Apparentlyfrom an experiment conducted by Dr. Timothy Ryschon be performed when the University of Texas, it was found that there is almost no difference between the tires to normal pressure or those who were too swollen to be very pumped hard in so that the benefits of this Council to be negligible.
